PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!
Arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you will receive the complete service you paid for and reserved. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late. We try our best to notify you if we are running behind. Please notify us if you are running behind. We may only complete partial service if you do run late.
If you left a deposit and come to your appointment more than 20 minutes late, the deposit that you left will NOT be refunded back to you and it will not be counted as store credit.
Booking, Deposit & Cancelation Policy
In order to book an appointment we require a credit card entry to confirm and secure your appointment. We take deposits or credit card holds from clients prior to your appointment to secure your booking. Deposits are 50% of the total service cost which payable with credit card, Venmo, Quickpay, Zelle, and cash. Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE unless you provide more than 24 hour notice. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. We will charge your credit card on file if the client will not provide 24 hour notice. It is at our discretion to charge for lateness more than 20 minutes. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment without refund of deposit in which the client is late more than 20minutes. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but ensures fair treatment to all our clients and our technicians. When cancelling last minute we loose the opportunity to book another client and our technicians are left with no work. Thank you for your understanding.
If you do not leave a credit card or a deposit for your booking or appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without notice. However we always make multiple attempts to contact our clients and let them know in advance that we may have to cancel if we do not hear from them.
If you have a “no show” on your account you will be charged the full amount if you want make another future appointment.
We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so we can accommodate the changes your booking as long as you give us 24 hours notice. Your deposit can either be refunded or held for your next booking.
Product Orders & Shipping
We want to thank you for purchasing your products through our website. From the day you place the order for your products we have up to 5 business days to ship the item. We will of course do our best to ship it immediately, but we want to leave room for error.
Payments & Gratuity
All tips for the technicians and beauticians must be paid with cash only. We do not accept personal checks. We accept all major credit cards along with Venmo, Zelle, Quickpay and Cash. There is a small fee of 3.99% that will be applied to any order paid by credit card online or in store.
Refunds & Service Guarantee
We do not issue refunds for any service or products. We do offer store credit instead. We have a strict 3 day service guarantee for all reasonable issues that may occur. If there is a problem with the work of any kind we will be happy to redo the work as long as we are notified of the issue within 3 days. We may ask for photos.
